Registration

AIHEC Conference Registration Information:

Conference and competition registrations are closed. General registration will be available on-site at the conference location @ the rate of $100/day.

 

Currently registered students can still register for AIHEC Student Congress positions. The information is avaiailable under Competitions.​

Registration deadline: February 20, 2026

  • Student Registration: $150

  • TCU Faculty & Staff Registration: $250

  • General Registration: $300

  • Elder (65 and older): Free​

STUDENTS: You must also complete a competition registration form located in the Competition section of this website.
